I've run off and on (more off than on) throughout my adult life. Most recently I started running in May of 2007.

5K PR: Colder Bolder in December 2009 in 22:50.

10k PR: Bolder Boulder in May 2009 in 48:06.13.

1/2 Marathon PR: Canyonlands Half-Marathon in March 2010 in 1:43:20.

Marathon PR: Newport (Oregon) Marathon in June 2010 in 3:42:17.

I have completed two full marathons.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Get back to consistent running.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Sub 3:30 marathon.

I grew up in Utah, but live in Colorado now.

I am married and am a working mother of four children, ages 9-19.

I'm still trying to get back in the saddle again. I can't believe I actually managed to get out on a Monday morning today. I met up with Michelle and Michelle. They had to go slow because of me. I can't believe how slow I am now.

I was thinking yesterday that maybe I should start doing the shred again. Then I remembered that Carly has my shred video. Maybe I'll have to get it back. She's skinny and doesn't need it as much as I do.

Oh the dreaded shred :) I'm glad you're getting back in the saddle. Just think of how many times you changed your pace or route for Michelle and Michelle. That is what friends are for!! Especially BRF's (best running friends) you'll be back at it in no time. Keep it up!
