Recovery run. Average pace 10:45.

Weather: 37°F, humidity 65%, no wind.

That was a recovery run if there was ever a recovery run. My legs did not want to move.

Now I've got to conduct a choir practice and a lot of people said they won't be there. I'm very worried about our performance tomorrow.

Hi Carolyn, I hope things go better tomorrow that you anticipate. Good run yesterday (sorry I did not have time to comment before now!). Happy Easter.

You've had a great training week, and as always, you're my inspiration! The hard days aren't fun, but you have to go through them so you can really enjoy the days when everything feels right and you say out loud, "This is great!"

Best of luck on your choir performance tomorrow. If you lead the choir with the dedication with which you run, I know it will be magnificent.

Make sure you blog about it!
