Easy run.

6:06 am, 55° F, 46% humidity, wind 4 SSW.

I would not have run today if I hadn't been meeting Lindsay. And she probably wishes that I had skipped the run because she was struggling with a kid who wouldn't go back to bed when I got there. So we just ran 3 miles instead of our usual 4 together, but I always run 2 miles more than she does when we run together because it's about a mile from my house to her house and we start and end the part together at her house.

The work has piled up again and I'm looking at long hours for the next few days. Yesterday was a long day at work and I'm afraid today will be too. And I'll probably need to work some tomorrow.

Glad you got in some good miles, and I'm sure Lindsay is thankful that she got in a run! Good luck cutting down that workload!

Good luck with that work load! I don't envy you with that at all. I hope things let up, just enough to be normal - too much and you'll work yourself out of a job :)

Everybody needs a "weekend." I hope you get one!

Carolyn, you manage to bring home the bacon, fry it up in a pan, and run 5 miles with Lindsay.

I think you're awesome :-)
