General aerobic run.

6:10 am, 54° F, 92% humidity, winds calm, mostly cloudy.

Yesterday's cool weather stretched into this morning, but it's supposedly going to warm up this afternoon. It was quite humid this morning. Whenever I stopped to wait for a light, my glasses got all fogged up.

I ran the County Line Road route and pushed the pace a little. The hills and the distance and the pace may have been a little too much for my hip. It's a little sore now, but I think I'll be okay.

I didn't really try to run one portion faster than the rest, but I ended up with one mile below my arbitrary designation for fast miles.

Those ups and downs will really take their toll. I've had hip discomfort on and off for a while now. Some days I don't even feel it, others it feels pretty poor. I hope yours gets better.

nice workout on the hills!

Glad you had some cooler weather, even if it was just for a few days.

Are you feeling sore from the shred yesterday?

Nice work on those miles. I'm sorry that the hip was whining at you today! Your pace was GREAT especially for humidity and hills - two of my LEAST favorite things!
