I did my weigh-in this morning. At first I used the old-fashioned analog bathroom scale that I've been using the last couple of weeks, but it is hard to read. So I decided to use Wii Fit instead. From now on, I'll weigh myself using Wii Fit. As far as I could tell, I got roughly the same results on both scales this morning. So, drum roll please, my weight change in the last week is -4 pounds. Despite Burt's plea, I am not going to post my weight just yet. Maybe I will when I get down to my target weight. After the weigh-in (and after driving my son to seminary, and making my husbands lunch, and getting my daughter's breakfast), I did the shred level 2. That last circuit in level 2 is a killer. The sweat just pours off of me during that circuit.
