I did my weigh-in this morning. At first I used the old-fashioned analog bathroom scale that I've been using the last couple of weeks, but it is hard to read. So I decided to use Wii Fit instead. From now on, I'll weigh myself using Wii Fit. As far as I could tell, I got roughly the same results on both scales this morning. So, drum roll please, my weight change in the last week is -4 pounds. Despite Burt's plea, I am not going to post my weight just yet. Maybe I will when I get down to my target weight.

After the weigh-in (and after driving my son to seminary, and making my husbands lunch, and getting my daughter's breakfast), I did the shred level 2. That last circuit in level 2 is a killer. The sweat just pours off of me during that circuit.

I think I'm gaining some of the weight you're shedding (shredding?). I gained a couple pounds this week. Hopefully it's just water. But it might be the fact that I can't stop eating.

-9 pounds is a lot to lose in two weeks! Impressive Maybe the first reading was on the high side because you were retaining water. Or maybe you're just that awesome! Great job--I bet your pace will be positively affected by the loss!

Congrats Carolyn! I'm sure you're pleased with your amazaing results! It almost motivates me to not eat the chips at the restaurant...almost.

I like the sweat that comes with level 2. Better than I like the sweat that comes with level 1.

Four pounds in a week is KILLER! You are doing awesome! I'm with you on the posting thing, but having the accountability to just know you have to say the up/down factor would be enough for me to keep going. Nice work Carolyn! Especially on that shred - it is NOT easy!!!
