I did the shred, but I forgot to weigh myself this morning. I'm sure I've gained weight in any case. I'm having trouble getting my eating in control again these days, maybe because other parts of life or so stressful right now.

Hey-I have family in town this weekend and I am also helping out with a garage sale on Sat so I will not be able to run with you guys. I'm hoping that I can get some miles in this week. I should be able to run with you next weekend though....hoping my legs hold up! I haven't done a long run since I went out with you girls. YIKES!!!
