I've run off and on (more off than on) throughout my adult life. Most recently I started running in May of 2007.

5K PR: Colder Bolder in December 2009 in 22:50.

10k PR: Bolder Boulder in May 2009 in 48:06.13.

1/2 Marathon PR: Canyonlands Half-Marathon in March 2010 in 1:43:20.

Marathon PR: Newport (Oregon) Marathon in June 2010 in 3:42:17.

I have completed two full marathons.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Get back to consistent running.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Sub 3:30 marathon.

Personal:

I grew up in Utah, but live in Colorado now.

I am married and am a working mother of four children, ages 9-19.

I finally did the shred this morning. I've been thinking of doing it for a long time, but it took my publicly declaring my intentions yesterday to get me to do it. Inasmuch as I have not done it lo these many months, I'm sadly out of shape, and I will probably still be feeling this tomorrow.

Incidentally, we did not get near as much snow as expected last night. There's just a thin layer of snow and ice on everything outside. My son will be disappointed. He was hoping to earn money from shoveling.

Nice job on the shred! I've tried it now a couple times and for a 20 min workout it sure does a nice job!!

Yeah. I had high hopes for doing the Shred every day this week. I think that I should just be happy to get it done 3x per week. You'll feel good after you do it a couple more times.
