Moderate run.

6:55 am, 25° F, 49% humidity, winds calm.

My Garmin was charged and ready to go this morning, except that I forgot that I hadn't cleared out the partial run that it recorded on Monday before giving out on me. I was 6/10 of a mile into my run when I looked down and it said I had gone 2 miles, and I realized what had happened. I stopped the watch and reset it at that point. I was able to calculate my total distance and total time, and thus average pace from the data I got, but my splits are kind of weird since I started a new run and thus a new lap when I had done 6/10 of a mile.

I pushed the pace just a little bit, so I'm calling this moderate instead of easy.

AP: 9:48. Splits: 0.62 @ 10:21, 9:51, 9:46, 9:28, 0.4 @ 9:38.

You're going to be stronger than ever with your recent "reset".

It takes so much to get up early and get ready to run in the cold winter mornings. How can we be expected to remember to be on top of our Garmin too? It's just too much!!

Nice run! You're making progress :-)

Yipee! Welcome back Carolyn!
