I've run off and on (more off than on) throughout my adult life. Most recently I started running in May of 2007.

5K PR: Colder Bolder in December 2009 in 22:50.

10k PR: Bolder Boulder in May 2009 in 48:06.13.

1/2 Marathon PR: Canyonlands Half-Marathon in March 2010 in 1:43:20.

Marathon PR: Newport (Oregon) Marathon in June 2010 in 3:42:17.

I have completed two full marathons.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Get back to consistent running.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Sub 3:30 marathon.

I grew up in Utah, but live in Colorado now.

I am married and am a working mother of four children, ages 9-19.

Normal rest day.

I think I might have broken the pinky toe on my left foot yesterday. I stubbed it hard against the corner of a wall. It doesn't hurt too terrifically bad, so maybe it's not broken. I figure it doesn't make a lot of difference one way or the other. I've got it buddy taped to the toe next to it. That helps. I wonder if I'll be able to run on it tomorrow. Stupid little toe.

Ack! Sorry about your toe. Some people believe the pinky toe will disappear eventually through the process of evolution because it serves no real purpose, other than getting in the way of corners and table legs and such.

I;m sorry about the toe :( I suppose it depends on if the metatarsal is broken or not. I broke one a while back an it was ok to run on :) I was very happily surprised :) My running shoes are also HUGE :D
