I've run off and on (more off than on) throughout my adult life. Most recently I started running in May of 2007.

5K PR: Colder Bolder in December 2009 in 22:50.

10k PR: Bolder Boulder in May 2009 in 48:06.13.

1/2 Marathon PR: Canyonlands Half-Marathon in March 2010 in 1:43:20.

Marathon PR: Newport (Oregon) Marathon in June 2010 in 3:42:17.

I have completed two full marathons.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Get back to consistent running.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Sub 3:30 marathon.

Personal:

I grew up in Utah, but live in Colorado now.

I am married and am a working mother of four children, ages 9-19.

Well, even when I don't manage to get out all week for a run, I do run on Fridays. My excuse this week is that I've been busy reading Harry Potter. Really. But now I'm done with all seven books, so maybe I can get back to my regular life.

The run was slow this morning.

Easy run.

7:48 am, 50° F, 27% humidity, winds calm.

I got out for a run yesterday because of Lindsay and today because of Michelle. I guess I need friends to motivate me to run right now. And I need to run more because I just really can't run the way I used to. I'll publicly declare my goal to run 4 times next week. Maybe that will help me stick to it. It would be nice if I could manage that two weeks in a row.
