6 miles with Josse on the Provo River Trail, average pace 8:45, followed by the same 6 miles again by myself, average pace 9:01.

Weather: 34°F, 80% humidity, no significant wind.

I had a good time running with Josse this morning. It was fun to talk with her and get to know her a little bit. I'm having a challenge this week running with people who are faster than me. It's a good thing for me to do since I normally run by myself and don't have any one to push me.

Are you having *no* need for recovery after Saturday? I think you've been overly modest about your fitness level -- you are super strong! Enjoy your trip. :)

From JD on Tue, Mar 24, 2009 at 12:25:33 from 64.65.159.206

No kidding! You're strong to go out and do another 6 miles after the first 6.

From Carolyn in Colorado on Tue, Mar 24, 2009 at 13:16:17 from 198.241.217.15

I wouldn't say *no* need for recovery. I was hobbling around on Saturday. I rested on Sunday. I have a little tightness in my left hamstring, but other than that I'm okay. I am a little tired after the 12 miles today.

And I don't know that I've been overly modest. I just didn't realize that I could do a little more than I was doing. I needed a push, and I'm getting that here.

From jun on Tue, Mar 24, 2009 at 13:30:59 from 66.239.250.209

What time did you want to run on Thurs? And where? Earlier the better for me. If I can be home by 8am then I can help with the kids and take them to day care.

From Carolyn in Colorado on Tue, Mar 24, 2009 at 14:58:30 from 198.241.217.15

Jun, I could meeet as early as 6. I don't need to run very far on Thursday because I'm doing a long run on Friday. Five or six miles would be plenty. I'm going to be staying at about 13th East and 5600 South. You're more familiar with the area now than I am, so suggest a place that's not too far from there and I'll be there.

From jun on Tue, Mar 24, 2009 at 17:22:00 from 66.239.250.209

That would work well actually. I live on 4600 S and 2300 E. So we will be close to each other. That makes it easy. I'll come up with an ok route and we'll just take it when we go.

Here's my number. 801.301.####

And apparently I just gave it to everyone. LOL. Hey everyone, don't call me just because you want to make fun of the fact that I just gave out my cell (work cell) on the interweb. I'm an idiot.

That's what the edit feature is for.

From Carolyn in Colorado on Tue, Mar 24, 2009 at 18:42:29 from 198.241.217.15

I'll give you a call tomorrow, Craig, so that you have time to decide on a route.

I've never figured out how to edit a comment (I can edit an entry, but not a comment). How do you do it?

From azdesertmonsoon on Tue, Mar 24, 2009 at 19:00:46 from 204.17.31.126

Make sure you are logged in, then find your comment and there should be an edit button by the entry. The site has been buggy for me today though, so it might have issues today.

From Carolyn in Colorado on Tue, Mar 24, 2009 at 19:37:23 from 198.241.217.15

I log in, which takes me to the Workout Calendar page. From there, I click My Blog in the left navigation, which opens my blog in another window. I can then see my comments on my blog or on other blogs that I navigate to in that window, but no edit button. What am I doing wrong? I've never seen an edit button and I've been doing this sequence of steps for a long time.

From azdesertmonsoon on Tue, Mar 24, 2009 at 19:53:40 from 204.17.31.126

I don't know what you tell you. I tried your way and I stayed logged in and all my own comments say edit and delete right below From my name. Right now when I kick on edit it doesn't take me to the edit screen like it normally does, but I do see the edit button. Could it have something to do with the fact that I enter azdesertmonsoon in the from field and my blog is azdesertmonsoon.fastrunningblog.com. While you use cocarolyn for your blog but "Carolyn in Colorado" for your comments?

From cocarolyn on Tue, Mar 24, 2009 at 20:59:50 from 76.27.89.110

I tried putting cocarolyn in the name field and I tried switching to Firefox, and nothing seems to be working. I give up.

From snoqualmie on Tue, Mar 24, 2009 at 21:37:39 from 67.171.56.164

I always have to login in one more time to get the edit button. But then, it's there! See if that works. :)

From Metcalf Running on Tue, Mar 24, 2009 at 21:46:48 from 71.219.123.68

I think you are holding out... you are so much stronger then you think!

From Carolyn in Colorado on Tue, Mar 24, 2009 at 21:51:18 from 76.27.89.110

Thanks, Lori. I'm starting to realize that maybe I can do a little more than I was doing. Not more miles, just a faster marathon pace for some workouts.

On the comments issue, I think I finally figured it out. The login name I was using was different from name from my blog URL and I changed it so they match and that seemed to do the trick.

From April27 on Tue, Mar 24, 2009 at 23:05:54 from 99.188.251.180

seems like it is working for you as far as speed goes!

From azdesertmonsoon on Wed, Mar 25, 2009 at 12:25:57 from 204.17.31.126

Try this. Open up your workout calendar page. On the far right of the calendar their should be a button that says report. Click on that button and you should see all your posts with edit/delete buttons on the far right.
