Easy/moderate run. Average pace: 8:50.

Weather: 32°F, 78% humidity, wind 20 NNW, light snow.

I ran around Holladay with jun (Craig). We had a nice visit about a variety of topics. He was kind enough to slow down a bit for me.

This makes four days in a row of running 9:00 pace or faster. I think I'm going to need to slow down for at least part of my long run tomorrow. And I wonder what I'm going to do when I'm home next week. Maybe it's easier for me here because it's lower elevation and not as hilly.

It looks like we've got big snow in Denver today and I'm missing it. There's a little snow here in Salt Lake, but not too much.

I expect you'll find you are more fit from having been pushed a bit, though you might need a few "low & slow" days recovery before you see it. What a great experience you are having!

Great run this morning. I'm questioning the course tool as it said we were supposed to do right around 6 miles. Weird. I'll have to take another look. Great to meet you in person thanks for the company.

Yeah, I don't know about the distance, jun. My Garmin said 5.4. I've never used the course tool. I usually use mapmyrun.com. You can check it out there if you want.

Wow great week for you! Glad you missed the big snow in Denver. I don't know about you but I'm missing the temps we had in Moab.

Good to see you slow down once in awhile! :-)

I heard more than just a little snow in Denver today! I am glad SLC is treating you right!

Yeah, the one significant snow storm in Denver so far this year and I'm missing it. I guess I should consider myself lucky. I'll have much less trouble with a long run here tomorrow than I would in Denver. I just hope the storm is gone by the time I need to drive home on Saturday.
