Easy run.

5:17 am, 26°F, 88% humidity, winds calm, a very light dusting of snow on the ground and slick in spots.

My husband is out of town, so I had to get myself up without the help of him also getting up at 4:30. I hit the snooze alarm some and made it out the door just in time to run for one hour before driving to seminary.

The knee was tolerable.

When I was driving to seminary right after my run, it was very foggy in spots. I had just run through one of the really foggy spots, but I didn't notice the fog when I was running. I don't know if it was there and I just didn't notice it, or if it rolled in right after my run. I'm inclined to think it was the latter because now it's really foggy and possibly snowing. I suppose I ran during the best weather we'll have all morning, or maybe all day.

I went to Michelle's house last night and we did a yoga video together. We talked to much and didn't pay attention to the video because her son had to keep telling us we were doing it wrong when the video switched to a different pose and we didn't.

I think the fog rolled in after your run. The first few minutes of my run were not foggy but after about 10 minutes the fog set in. I liked running in the fog. I'm glad your knee is at least tolerable. I had fun doing the yoga even if we didn't always keep up with the video:)

Good timing with the weather, always best to take as good as it gets (even if it is not that great).

Glad to hear the knee is holding up!

Nice job getting up without help. I always have to help my wife get up. Without me she'd sleep through everything. I woke up 3 minutes before my alarm this morning, 4:37. Haven't done that in a while. Way to get it all done early.

I do not believe I have ever run in fog, that would be kind of cool, though.

Nice run and YEAH for the YOGA. I am sure you only made it better by holding the poses longer.

Have a good one!

Nice timing! I love when that happens. Good job on the yoga - does it help with your knee?

Nice miles and I'm glad the knee was tolerable (I hope that's not runner's speak for it was killing me, but I ignored it).

I LOVE Yoga, and it sounds like you had a wonderful time with Michelle as well!

It's not runner's speak for it was killing me. On a pain scale of 1 to 10, it's about 0.5.

I don't know whether the yoga helps the knee specifically, but I'm so stiff all over, that any yoga or stretching I do can only help. I should do much more.

The matrix stuff is working for me...I"m not completely pain free but I swear it got to the pain point b/c I dn't stretch and my leg muscles are just super stiff! Great job on the yoga! I definitely need to get back into it!
