My short run yesterday didn't make my knee feel worse during the day yesterday. But for some reason it's feeling just a little sore this morning. So I didn't run this morning. I'm hoping that a day or two of rest can heal this thing up. It's not bad - just a minor pain. But I can't seem to get it to go completely away.

My not running is a boon to my seminary attending son. I normally make him walk on Tuesdays while I run long, but I drove him today. I saw the Michelles out on their run this morning when I was doing the seminary drop off.

Have you an appointment with the ART guy this week?

You'll be back at it soon, amazing us all!

Sorry to hear that the knee is still bugging you, but it sounds like you are going to beat it. Light biking helps out my knee, and also Oxyflex has done wonders for me.

It's a bummer when you see other people running and you can't join them.

Too bad your knee is still not feeling good. I think you are wise to take a day off and let it heal some more without pounding from running.

We are in the same boat sister... I just hope it's not sinking LOL It's very frustrating to not be able to run. My husband can is getting the brunt of my crankiness.

I have an appointment with my ART guy at 1:00 this afternoon. I'm hoping that another treatment from him will give this stupid issue the heave ho.
