I've run off and on (more off than on) throughout my adult life. Most recently I started running in May of 2007.

5K PR: Colder Bolder in December 2009 in 22:50.

10k PR: Bolder Boulder in May 2009 in 48:06.13.

1/2 Marathon PR: Canyonlands Half-Marathon in March 2010 in 1:43:20.

Marathon PR: Newport (Oregon) Marathon in June 2010 in 3:42:17.

I have completed two full marathons.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Get back to consistent running.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Sub 3:30 marathon.

Personal:

I grew up in Utah, but live in Colorado now.

I am married and am a working mother of four children, ages 9-19.

I had a hard time getting to sleep last night because I took a really big long nap yesterday afternoon. As a result, I had a hard time dragging myself out of bed and getting myself out the door this morning. Now I'm going to be late to work.

I ran a little faster than usual today and it felt pretty good. Of course, it was a fairly short run, so no big deal.

AP: 9:40. Splits: 10:05, 9:45, 9:32, 9:09, 9:19. Pace on hill sprints: 7:25, 6:54, 6:51, 6:12.

Sunday naps are so great on Sunday, but always seem to make waking up on Monday a real pain in the rear!

Love the hill sprints! That Sunday nap is a love/hate thing for me as well - 1:00 church just knocks that right out so maybe we'll try again next year.
