Easy run.

Thanks to Lindsay, I managed to get out and run for the second time this week. If I hadn't been meeting her on Monday and Friday, I might not have managed to run at all this week. I've been working 12-14 hour days all week and I'm really not managing to do anything else. I'm afraid that work is not going to slow down any time soon.

I guess being busy at work is a good thing, especially nowadays.

Yeah, I guess it beats being unemployed.

What a tough week. I applaud your commitment to still get out there. I ran with my wife last night after she worked a 12 hour shift at the hospital. I don't know how she does it. You are all "superwomen".

In my experience, all women are super. Nice job getting some miles under the heavy workload. Hope you get some R&R this weekend.

Oh Carolyn, I wish I could help you out somehow! Your life sounds crazy and I know how that always seems to improve my mood so much :) I'm glad Lindsay is able to be there and be a good friend/running partner for you right now. If I was closer I'd bring you some ice cream :)

Being busy is one thing. Working more than 9 hours a day is another. Hope your week-end is less stress and more enjoyable.

You're still getting out there and running, and that makes you a hero! I have a feeling that trying to run more these past few weeks when you have so much going on at work would just make you even more stressed!

Hopefully you have some respite this weekend :)

You are working very hard, Carolyn! Getting out for runs is probably the best thing you can do, and you are doing a good job getting the running in. You really are SUPERWOMAN!

Great job fitting this one in! your long days are rough!

From Snoqualmie on Mon, Sep 06, 2010 at 14:26:08 from 24.18.192.33

Any running at all when you're working that much is a great accomplishment. Enjoy!

From Toby on Mon, Sep 06, 2010 at 17:03:02 from 66.133.97.196

You are burning the candlestick at both ends! Hopefully, you get some rest this weekend and a chance to unwind!
