Easy run. 6:45 am, 56-59° F, 65% humidity, winds calm, partly cloudy. I didn't want to run when I got up this morning. I always feel a little out of sorts and like I don't want to run when I get up. I just have to force myself to get out the door and then I feel better. And I've got two races that I'm committed to (have paid money for) this summer, and so I've got to keep running. I still don't have a training plan. I think I'll just work on base miles for a while and bag any formal speed work, except maybe hill sprints once a week, and just run faster if/when I feel like it It was 6.06 today instead of just 6 because I ran for exactly one hour and that's how far I got in one hour.
