Easy run + Shred level 1.
54° F, 96% humidity, winds calm, overcast. It was good to get out for a run in the nice cool weather this morning. I think we're back to heat tomorrow. I saw a rabbit taking off down the road this morning and then I realized why when I saw the neighborhood fox just a little ways away. The fox wasn't chasing the rabbit though. The fox kind of looked at me and then wandered away. I decided I need to get back into doing the Shred two or three times/week. I've been neglecting strength training for several months now and that probably accounts to some extent for my little aches and pains. Also, I tried to focus on keeping my pelvis level rather than tipped forward during my run this morning. I think that will help the alignment of my hips and knees. AP: 9:23.
