Easy run with unpremeditated progression.

5:35 am, 45° F, 38% humidity, wind 6 SW.

I thought I'd take advantage of the recent "fall back" and try to make the switch to early morning running.

I smelled the bacon cooking at IHOP and the coffee from Starbucks. I expected the donuts from Lamar's, but I must not have been there at the right time.

AP: 9:34. Splits: 10:02, 9:43, 9:24, 9:05.

I'm pretty sure I would have stopped at all 3 places. You have more will-power than me.

IHOP and Starbucks are on the other side of the busy street I was running on. Lamar's is on the side I was running on, but I didn't have any money on me. Otherwise, I would have stopped. Donuts appeal to me more than the offerings at the other places.

I LOVE donuts...I would have stopped too!
