On the Provo River Trail with Josse and her dog. Average pace: 8:38.

Weather: 35° F, 93% humidity, light mist.

This wasn't really an easy run, but not a really hard run either. I guess I would call it moderate. It's a little hard for me to start out at that speed, but I felt better after the first couple of miles. I am a little tired from the increased intensity of my runs so far this week.

Splits were 8:53, 8:17, 8:47, 8:32, 8:43.

I'm having a good time this week meeting fellow bloggers.

What fun! It's almost like you're at running camp. Maybe Sasha should start one.

A really good running week, especially on the heels of a half-marathon.

Snoqualmie - my thoughts exactly. A fast running blog running camp conducted by Sasha! I would go.

It's my turn tomorrow. I have a nice 6 mile course set out for us. And I don't care about pace tomorrow, so whatever speed you want to go, that's what we'll go. Anyone else joining us?

They're wearing me out down here in Provo, jun. I may need to go slowly tomorrow. I'll give you a call a little later today. Anyone else who's in the area is welcome to join us. I don't know who's around, so I don't know who to invite. Invite anyone you want, jun.

Someone should tell Sasha that we think he should run a camp. I'll see him again on Friday. Maybe I'll mention it to him.

Nice run today... you are really getting a workout on this vacation/running camp LOL, Wish I was a bit closer location wise so I could do a slow on with you.

Wow, your last two days have been AMAZING!!! Very inspring for someone who is all beat up after Moab---you are just out there running like crazy and running FAST! Awesome work. Sorry about the snow for spring break, that is NO fun!

Hey if you end up in Kaysville, stop by our shop. It'd be great to meet you. I'll try to PM you my phone#. I can never seem to get the PM to work on this blog. I'm in and out all day - but mostly in, except for the run. :-)

I felt bad when I saw we went faster than yesterday. I really thought we where going slower. Every time I looked at my watch it was about a 9 min. pace. but you did great. It was really nice running with you:)

Don't worry about it, Josse. I'm fine. I enjoyed running with you.
