I took it slow and easy today. That's the way it's going to have to be for a while. My calf felt better than it has for a week, but it did start feeling kind of tight the last mile or so. I'll see how I feel the rest of the day today before deciding whether to run tomorrow. I'm definitely on the mend, but I've got to come back slowly or else I'll undo all the healing that I've done. In any case, it was nice to have been able to run this morning.

Good job, take it easy and you will be back in no time. Did the ART hurt really bad? If not, he is no good ;-).

Oh and Marion, I would love to meet you at Lori's for eggs and hash browns. I wish I could. My 14-year-old is already requesting a trip to Utah for Christmas. I hate to travel at Christmastime, so we'll see.

I'm glad that you are on the mend... make sure you take it easy so that you don't reinjure.

And you and Marion are welcome anytime for eggs and hashbrowns!!
