Specific Indurance Intervals - 2 miles easy, 4 x 1 mile @ 10K pace w/3-min. active recoveries, 2 miles easy (+ .6 miles easy to get home). Pace on mile repeats was 8:17, 8:20, 7:48, 7:31. I was shooting for around 7:45, but I just couldn't get it on the first two because there was too much up hill. I'm heading out for trek in less than 3 hours and I haven't packed yet, so no time to write any more.
