My kids are off of school today because the teachers have a professional development day, so I slept in until about 5:15 this morning since I didn't have to drive any kids anywhere. The streets were wet from rain, but the rain had stopped by the time I got out.

I love how sleeping in is 5:15. I'm trying to slowly wake up earlier so that eventually maybe I can run before classes on Monday and Wednesday (if need be)

Great run today!

I hope the extra sleep felt good; you've really needed it! Wow, its cold!

Nice run and I'm SO glad you got in those extra sleep minutes! You're amazing to get up and get out, keep up the good work - it's paying off!!

Hmmmm....all of my kids were off today for the same reason so I slept in until 8:30!!! I need to teach you how to sleep in! BUT I hope the rest helped.

Your running this week looks great.

I agree with Kelli that sleeping in and 5 am shouldn't be allowed in the same sentence. Sometimes that extra 45 minutes does make a difference though.

Are you still working on mini-boot camp sessions with your friend?

From Carolyn in Colorado on Sat, Sep 26, 2009 at 13:21:52 from 24.8.167.243

QP, we didn't do it last week because I couldn't be late to work because my boss was in town. I don't know whether we're going to pick it back up because she has pretty much given up on the Army idea and it's hard for me to fit it into my schedule.
