Very slow easy run.

6:15 am, 28° F, 78% humidity, winds 4 E.

After running in shorts in the warm weather on Wednesday morning, I had to get back into the cold weather gear this morning. I just felt rather sluggish today and could not get going fast. But then again, I didn't really try because I don't want to wear myself out today. I'm doing an 8 mile hilly run with Michelle tomorrow morning.

I met Lindsay and we ran a short route together. We actually split up nearer to my house than to her house than we usually do, and so she had the longer route home. As a result, she ran further than I did today. And I was the one who wanted to stop for the bathroom.

Good luck on your 8 miles tomorrow! I hate the feeling of having to go to the bathroom while running, but it happens!

Go 8!! Nice job Carolyn ... I thought of you yesterday (while I watched SDSU play Northern Colorado -- how is your son doing there?).

Bonnie, my son is actually home from UNC on Spring Break this week. But he is doing really well in school and likes it a lot. He wasn't too broken up about the loss because he's not much of a sports fan. Son #3, on the other hand, will be completely crushed when BYU loses. I do hope they can manage to beat Gonzaga tomorrow night.

Hello! I actually live in Denver clear out in the boonies by the airport! It's nice to be able to get out and run most days! Do you know of any running groups or other runners that would be in my area? I'm preparing for a race in June and would like a running partner for my longer runs. Thanks!
