Easy run with natural progression.

6:11 am, 53° F, 37% humidity, wind 3 SSE.

I kept my run shorter this morning so that we can try to fit in piano practicing before school. And I'm all about short and easy these days anyway.

I passed a guy in my last mile. I felt sorry for him getting chicked by an old woman who was out for an easy run.

Ha - I don't think you are lazy, Carolyn, just extremely busy with a lot on your plate! Short runs can be a lot of fun, especially when you can pass people! :)
